All Vanguard Bio products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Products are not intended for and must not be used for diagnostic, clinical, or non-research purposes.
Not for Diagnostic or Clinical Use
Products sold by Vanguard Bio are not research reagents approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for non-research applications, medical treatment, or clinical application. Any use of these products outside of sanctioned laboratory research is strictly prohibited and may violate federal and state law.
Permitted Use
Vanguard Bio products may be used for legitimate, supervised laboratory research conducted at accredited institutions. Permitted applications include in vitro experiments, assay development, biochemical studies, and other research activities conducted under appropriate institutional oversight. All research must comply with applicable institutional review board (IRB) requirements, biosafety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Buyer Responsibility and Compliance
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper use, storage, handling, and disposal of all products purchased from Vanguard Bio. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the use of research chemicals and biological reagents. This includes, but is not limited to, OSHA workplace safety standards, EPA disposal requirements, DEA controlled substance regulations where applicable, and institutional biosafety requirements. Misuse of products may result in account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
Institutional Requirements
Vanguard Bio reserves the right to require institutional verification before processing orders. Buyers may be asked to provide proof of affiliation with an accredited research institution, university, hospital, pharmaceutical company, or government laboratory. Orders from unverified accounts or individuals without demonstrable research credentials may be declined. Institutional purchasers must ensure that all end users within their organization are informed of and comply with this Research Use Policy.
